What is the typical lead time for order processing?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. During high-volume product drops, please allow up to 5 business days for tracking information to update.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide via DHL Express and USPS Priority Mail International. Please note that customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.
What is your return policy for apparel and equipment?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Custom-built items and final sale goods are not eligible for return.
How should I care for my technical outerwear and wool products?
We recommend machine washing technical shells with specialized synthetic detergents and air drying. For our Merino wool collection, hand wash cold and lay flat to dry to maintain garment shape.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
We stand behind our craftsmanship. All Prometheus Design Werx products are covered against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the practical lifetime of the product.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
To ensure rapid delivery, our fulfillment process begins almost immediately. Once an order is placed, we are generally unable to modify or cancel it. Please double-check your sizing and shipping address before checkout.
