Prepare Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags, spare parts, and labels are included to qualify for a full refund.
Label and Ship
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, then drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the gear for compliance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
